The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for building, supporting, and maintaining our global ServiceNow environment. The location of the position is in Manila, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day development, administration, and maintenance of Stantec’s ServiceNow environment.

  • Work closely with the broader ServiceNow functional team and business partners to create, support, and expand the ServiceNow Platform, including recommendations for more efficient and effective methods and processes.

  • Research, coordinate, and implement upgrades, maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems, and create reports and dashboards.

  • Build and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes.

  • Consult with other IT groups and business partners to configure and improve ServiceNow capabilities in accordance with ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.

  • Provide technical mentorship to the current Service Management Support Team as well as other IT teams.

Job Requirements

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator status is mandatory.

  • Working experience and knowledge of ServiceNow Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management are mandatory.

  • Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production.

  • Minimum of 3 years implementing and supporting the ServiceNow Platform.

  • Experience using JavaScript, XML, and HTML.

  • ITIL Certification (V3 or higher) is desired.
