Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • You ensure that the IT strategy is fully aligned with the business strategy, enabling the organization to achieve its goals more effectively.

  • In close collaboration with our IT Business Partners you develop and maintain enterprise architecture models to assist in the alignment of IT strategy and planning with the company´s business goals.

  • You play a crucial role in identifying and integrating new technologies that can provide competitive advantages.

  • By understanding the complexities of IT systems, Enterprise Architects help in mitigating risks associated with digital operations and technology investments.

  • You analyze and design cost-effective solutions that optimize the return on technology investments.

  • You determine and implement build versus buy strategies, mentor personnel by having a holistic approach.

  • You are instrumental in managing change within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.

  • Through the design of efficient and scalable IT architectures, they improve business processes and operational efficiency.

  • You help in future-proofing the organization by anticipating future technology trends and preparing the IT landscape accordingly.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a comparable Enterprise Architect role with cloud computing and cloud services for at least 10 years

  • University Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science incl. additional certifications such as TOGAF or Zachman Framework

  • Ability to communicate complex technical comcepts to non-techcnical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and buy-in for IT initiatives

  • Hunger to stay up to date with latest technologies and solutions in the market

  • Fuency in English, German is a plus
