JOB REQUIREMENTS: All production workers not listed separately. Universal Presentation Concepts (UPC) is looking to a add a full-time team member to work in our assembly and packaging area on first shift at our Madison, WI facility. This team oriented & success driven individual will work in fabrication, assembly, and packaging of displays using hand tools. Candidates most successful in this position will have a proven track record of attention to detail, highly dependable, and self-motivated. What experience and skills do I need to be successful? Proven track record of self-management, attention to detail and accuracy Common sense thinker who is mechanically inclined Strong work history Experience driving for a business Ability to read a tape measure & use basic hand tools Ability to perform record keeping using basic math skills Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for up to 7 hours per day Previous manufacturing/assembly experience a plus, but not required- we will train! What will my schedule look like? This is an hourly role working on day shift. A part time role would be working at least 3 week days or a full time role working Monday-Friday. We can be flexible on start and end times as long as you are meeting business needs.
