JOB REQUIREMENTS: ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Supervises, direct, trains, and motivates the Aerial Telecom crew including regular communication regarding daily and projected work schedules, assigned responsibilities, hazards, safety protocols, etc. Assists crews by performing similar duties of an operator and/or laborer. Operates bucket trucks and other telecom and utility construction equipment. Coordinates with others involved from the company or other contractors. Ensures safe and efficient operation/completion of assigned jobs. Safely operates equipment and utilizes materials and/or tools required for job completion. Organizes, leads, and trains employees to complete projects within established time frame and guidelines. Reads and follows blueprint, specifications, and other documents required for the job. Completes necessary paperwork and related documentation. Adheres to all Company safety policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or similar role with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a laborer, operator, or similar role. Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and job plans required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have a valid driver\'s license with a good, clean driving record. Class A CDL required. Must be willing to travel. Must be able to bend/kneel/stand/walk for long periods of time. Must be able to lift/push/pull 50+ pounds regularly.
