Heilind Mil-Aero, LLC Quote Accelerator Coordinator in Lumberton, New Jersey

JOB SUMMARY
The Quote Accelerator(QA) Coordinator acts as a liaison between Sales & Product Management to
coordinate larger RFQ's that are processed on a daily basis. This individual should be well organized andable to multi-task as they own the large quote process at ICC.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as assigned.
* The QA coordinator acts as a liaison between Sales & Product Managers to work large quote
requests.
* Prepares large RFQ requests in excel format and uploads those files into our QA system.
* Responsible for Maintaining a daily log to track open, pending, and closed QA's.
* Communicates real time status on QA's to Product Managers and Sales on a daily basis.
* Works with Product Managers (PM) & Product Marketing Assistants (PMA) to load vendor quotes
and contracts into our CRM tool.
* Updates supplier pricing and lead-time as necessary.
* Run, sort and filter expired Ship-and-Debit (S&D) reports to assist in the renewal of supplier
contracts.
* As a member of the product management team, the QA Coordinator will be responsible for being
able to identify valid manufacturer part numbers as well as understanding the qualified vendors of
mil-spec parts.
* Will cross train with PM's and PMA's to understand their supplier's policies and procedures.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Product Marketing Manager (PMM).

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
* Associates degree (A. A.) from a four-year college or university preferred. High school diploma or
general education degree (GED), or three plus months related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be a US Citizen due to Naval Contractual Agreements.
* Must be able to report to assigned office location, (Lumberton, NJ) office during
scheduled in-office workdays.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task between projects.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers,
read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral
communication to interact with clients, co-workers, and customers. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this job.
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force
frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Substantial movements
(motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (paperwork, typing, using mouse/keyboard). The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Position is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work.)
