PeopleReady Garage Door Installer in Lombard, Illinois

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking skilled and experienced garage door installers for Lombard, IL and the surrounding areas. You may be needed to diagnose, repair and service as well as install various type of overhead doors.

The pay rate for this job is $25 - $30 / hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install, diagnose and repair garage doors and other associated components on work order

  • Responsible for work site safety

  • Review work order for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience

  • Exceptional work ethic

  • Able to comfortably lift 60 lbs

  • Have a mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills

  • Demonstrate good customer service skills

  • Have a good driving record and possess an active driver's license

  • Able to pass any requested/required background and drug test

  • Experienced with power and hand tools

  • Able to read measuring tapes

  • Able to work using a ladder

  • Able to work in all types of weather and temperatures
