Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Automotive Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, assessing vehicle issues, and coordinating service appointments. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers and determine the nature of their automotive service needs * Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle issues, and create detailed repair orders * Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs * Provide customers with accurate estimates of repair costs and timelines * Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed * Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
