Who are you? Do you enjoy building a culture of philanthropy? Diversifying revenue streams? Advancing the mission of the organization your work for by leading fundraising methods? Passionate about raising awareness of organizational services? Are you as comfortable with relationship building as you are with building and maintaining portfolios? Do you have a keen eye for identifying grant opportunities? This is a remote based position, but you must be within commutable distance to all Family Resource Center (FRC) locations within Allen, Auglaize, Hardin, Miami, and Shelby counties. You will have a valid driver's license, earn CPR/First Aid certification, and be willing to submit background check and fingerprinting. In this role you will regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office, our HRIS, EHR and other online systems, with multiple logins often simultaneously. You have.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-plus years of professional fundraising and development experience
  • Proven fundraiser experience with donor cultivation, gift solicitations, corporate partnerships, and philanthropic strategies
  • The ability to work effectively in a secure home office, with the willingness to travel through communities we serve as needed

  • Experience within behavioral healthcare environment

Someone to work closely with key stakeholders throughout our organization to develop our fundraising methods and strategies to cultivate and deepen relationships with major donors; continuously improve practices to create and achieve specific and measurable fundraising goals. ? Collaborate closely with the President & CEO, Communications Team, and Board to manage, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive development program. Oversee, plan, and execute annual FRC events and campaigns to raise awareness. Travel as needed within the counties we serve. Provide strategic oversight and management of FRC's donor database, provide regular updates to the Board of fundraising data, and adjust strategies as needed based on performance.
