Program Analyst

KBR is seeking a Program Analyst to join our team. As a part of one of the world’s largest independent logistics organizations supporting both US Government and commercial agencies, you will be joining a highly talented and experienced KBR Logistics team providing FMS Logistics services to all NAVAIR aviation programs.

As a winner of the National Logistics Contract, the selected applicant will work within the Security Cooperation Office (SSCO) composed of government, military, contractor and industry personnel while supporting FMS logistics projects.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as an Assistant to the Senior Program Analyst on major projects.

  • S upports program analysis efforts, including technical research, coordination of reports, and development of program monitoring systems.

  • Tracks the implementation of corrective actions and milestone accomplishments and evaluates progress on a continuing basis.

  • Most work will be conducted on-site at NAS Patuxent River, MD, however, some domestic and international travel will be required in support of logistics activities.

  • Provides Life Cycle Logistics (LCL) support services for 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements to new and existing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. Life cycle sustainment and logistics support services covers all phases of the acquisition life cycle, including new program logistics support, sustainment and disposal. Candidates shall have familiarity with the 12 IPS elements which are:

Product/Program Support Management; Sustaining Engineering; Supply Support; Maintenance Planning & Management; Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T); Technical Data (TD) Management; Support Equipment; Training & Training System Support; Manpower & Personnel; Facilities & Infrastructure; Computer Resources and Design Interface.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires an Associate’s degree from an accredited university or college plus two (2) years of work experience in a logistical, program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, or (b) four (4) years’ experience working in a logistical, program management, technical, or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, life cycle management, analysis, or planning; is required.

  • Prior experience providing recommendations and implement international program logistics requirements for integrated product support (IPS) elements during an international program’s life cycle, including business development, case development, case implementation, and case closure.

  • An active secret level security clearance. Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

  • Must be able to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.

  • Must be able to travel as required for role.

  • Must be able to operate effectively at remote work sites without direct supervision.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and similar computer-based productivity applications.
