Androscoggin Home Healthcare + Hospice NEW Position - Hybrid/Remote Coordinator, Caregiver Experience in Lewiston, Maine

Title : Coordinator, Caregiver Experience

What You’ll Do:

  • Onboarding: Design, delivery, and performance measurement.

  • Ongoing training and development: Curriculum design, delivery, performance management.

  • Reward and recognition program: Development, management, internal champion.

  • Team member engagement/experience: Will be the accountable leader designing and driving these results.

  • Leader managing recruitment strategy and effectiveness for non-traditional, marginalized talent pools, ensuring inclusive hiring, onboarding practices, spearheading programs like immigration to work and clinical ladder development.

  • Supports Manager of Operations and Team Coordinators in execution of standard recruitment.

  • Collaborates with Director and Manager of Ops, Marketing and development, team coordinators to develop regional in person events.

  • Helps educate HCC, PSSM, PRC, and internal service lines on services as needed.

  • Serve as an internal consultant and thought leader reporting directly to the Home Care Service Line Director.

    What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, healthcare or related field required. Relevant progressive experience resulting in equivalent preparation for the position may be considered.

  • Minimum 4 years in a high-volume healthcare environment with at least 2 years supervising staff preferred.

  • Prior healthcare and training experience helpful.

  • Home care, personal support, and private duty experience strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated results in driving improved engagement, retention strongly preferred.

  • High level enthusiasm and drive to build industry leading, innovative strategies to develop/engage caregiver workforce.

    Job Location:

    The majority of work is performed in an office setting (Waterville and Lewiston offices) with occasional travel to other offices. Hybrid work environment (in-office and virtual/remote). Some travel to statewide office locations may be required.
