Massachusetts Employer General Laborer in Leominster, Massachusetts

The main responsibility of a laborer is to ensure that all spot welding tasks are done properly and up to the company standards, as well as support our assembly team when needed. All products should be made and packaged safely and efficiently and to maintain a safe and neat environment. General Laborers will be training in Spot Welding and Packaging Duties & Responsibilities: Ability to stand on your feet for at least 8 hours a day Ability to lift a minimum of 5 pounds Isolate products which will not meet the established quality standards and send to QC Team for review Keep the packing area neat and organized at all times Know and understand the packing requirements set by the supervisor and execute them properly Assist in the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, warehouse control, and timely processing of productions and orders Assist in ensuring quality in every aspect of the product Other duties as assigned to the packaging and paint departments Requirements: Warehouse experience and comprehensive product knowledge is preferred but not required Proficient computer skills can be helpful Knowledge of the manufacturing process, packing procedures, and machinery is preferred Job Type: Full-time
