Looking for a reliable team player to assist in all aspects of shop management. Maintain and organize stock parts and supplies. Prioritize repair/maintenance jobs and order parts accordingly. Communicate with all departments on repair/ maintenance needs and timelines. Review completed inspection and repair forms. Must be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously. Have the ability to oversee and assist with maintenance and repairs as needed. Must have own tools. Knowledge of farm equipment, vehicles, trailers, diesel engines, and hydraulics preferred.
