Job Overview: In this role, you will provide administrative support for a financial planning firm with offices in Leadville and Buena Vista. Some duties include answering phones, scheduling meetings, coordinating and preparing meeting materials, maintaining calendars and files, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities: Handle all day-to-day responsibilities for the executives they support. This includes and is not limited to answering phones, scheduling and coordinating meetings, collecting meeting materials and other general administrative functions. Maintain client management systems and processes. Track client transactions from start to completion Maintain cleanliness of office space

Other Job Duties: Serve as a go-to resource for executive and other staff members. Create solid working relationships with our other office staff and fund management companies Think and work independently, be proactive, handle confidential information and work effectively and efficiently. Other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements: Exceptional knowledge of all Microsoft applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word (MS Office Certification or equivalent operating knowledge preferred). Ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferences: Interact well with peers, senior managers, and other staff in the company. Excellent organizational and customer service skills. Requires strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Must be proactive in meeting and exceeding needs of the leaders, with the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task Please note: this role will require you to be in the Leadville office 3/4 days a week at 10/15 hours a week. Schedule can be flexible.

Pay Range: $18.50-$21.00/hour

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education & demonstrated performance.
