Responsibilities: Collaborating with UX researchers to understand user needs, goals, and pain points Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions Creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience and usability Ensuring designs are accessible, responsive, and comply with industry standards and best practices Iterating on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input Working closely with developers to implement design specifications and maintain design consistency across products and platforms Education, Degrees, and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of experience in user interface design for web, mobile, or desktop applications Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and visual aesthetics Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and development teams Preferred: Active IRS MBI Clearance Location: This position is hybrid, based in Lanham, Maryland.
