Description:

Summary:

Responsible for daily cleaning duties of shift/department as well as daily direction of assigned shift crew.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Department manager and asst. manager with assigning work duties and reporting issues to them

  • Responsible for assigning key and radios to team

  • Responsible for ensuring shift team members are cleaning and maintaining all casino/hotel public areas up to hotel standards.

  • Will be required to clean and maintain public areas while leading shift crew.

  • Abide by company policy, procedures, safety regulations and sanitation practices involving bio-hazard clean ups and day to day job duties.

  • Must be able to understand and conform to all company/Department policies and procedures and rules and regulations.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position

  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a supervisory role

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Ability to effectively present information to guests and team members.

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

  • Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English

  • Verify right to work in the United States
