General Summary\ Responsible for overall operation of the Housekeeping towers. Responsible to ensure staff is completing tasks as required and for maintaining the guest room inventory. Responds to critical guest and employee issues as necessary.\ \ Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees all aspects of the Housekeeping tower operations, including providing direction to Assistant Managers and line level employees, issuing corrective counseling as necessary.
  • Responsible for implementation of training and quality standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining quality and performance standards and assuring levels of service meet or exceeds hotel standards.
  • Continuously monitor the LMS system to ensure that guest room status is updated.
  • Review room discrepancies and out of order reservations periodically and follow up as necessary.
  • Monitors scheduling and staffing levels as necessary to ensure work is completed as required.
  • Gather and distribute all unassigned guest rooms to ensure all team members receive 16 rooms.
  • Accountable for maintaining inventory levels of all furnishings and supplies.
  • Responds to critical situations and resolves employee and guest concerns.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
  • Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests
