System One Board Member, Scientific Advisory Committee in Las Vegas, Nevada

Job Title : Board Member, Scientific Advisory Committee

Job Type: Direct Hire with the client - Part Time (20 hours a month)

Remote - Must be US Based

Pay Rate: $400/hr

Top 3-4 Skills/Experience:

  • Experience performing due diligence for large pharma/biotech funds

  • Due diligence background includes determining the legitimacy of companies and their products; determining if the science makes sense

  • Ability to offer input and influence the clinical trial

  • Desire to work at a healthcare fund and an advisor to provide due diligence is above all other skills

  • Ability to offer creative input to clinical trial

  • Educational Requirement: MD or PhD – Neurology Preferred but not required

  • Years of experience (Minimum/Preferred): 10+ years preferred

  • Industry Experience: Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology

    Responsibilities (Top 3-5):

  • Support design and implementation of clinical trial focused on concussed patients

  • Identify institutional healthcare funding

  • Perform due diligence for a large pharma fund in excess of 100M

  • Will work with the FDA to get the drug/device to market. Past FDA experience a huge plus
