Reporting to the Chief Diversity Officer, this position is responsible for ensuring equity for all of LCC's stakeholders through planning, developing, and managing complex data analytics projects and/or programs that may require new concepts, processes and/or procedures to ensure successful implementation with the college community. The Equity and Inclusion Director will support the Chief Diversity Officer in the development and implementation of the DEI strategies, such as the Equity Action Plan and be the point of contact for departmental DEI Leads throughout the college. The Equity and Inclusion Director works collaboratively with academic, administrative and all other departments and student leaders to develop and implement ODI initiatives aimed at advancing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) through a strong blend of both qualitative and quantitative research, reporting and presenting.
