Graham Packaging Company, L.P. Senior Financial Analyst in Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Senior Financial Analyst (Graham Packaging Company, L.P./ Lancaster, PA). Responsible for month end close procedures including review of the business unit's statistical figures, machine hours, standard labor hours, cost standards, and reconciling manual adjustments to inventory. Prepare monthly operating presentations and analysis including commentary and variance analysis for the entire Business Unit. Prepare and analyze monthly rest of year forecast, and financial gaps analysis for all business units plants. Identify key performance metrics that impact conversion costs. Analyze sku profitability analysis, growth, and forecast by customer by understanding trends and changes in volume year over year. Maintain and review cost accounting's material master and financial impacts. Develop annual financial budget and initiate operational productivity improvements. Prepare and analyze entire Business Units plant KPIs (productivity, efficiency, scrap rate, unplanned downtimes, saves, and etc.). Provide and prepare monthly reporting packages for the entire company. The position allows working remotely from home in any U.S. state but requires incumbents to work from the company's Lancaster, PA office a minimum of two days per week. The position requires the minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting plus five years of post-baccalaureate, progressively-responsible experience in the job offered or any related occupation in Finance or Accounting. The position also requires experience completing the budget process for a manufacturing plant; experience using the following business management software tools: Oracle HFM, Adhoc, SAP, Streamline, and LINKS; and knowledge of packaging manufacturer operations. The standard compensation for this role is $97,635 - $108.190.42/year. Salary offers will be determined based on final candidate qualifications, experience, skillset, and other relevant factors.
