Staffing Service USA Customer Service Representative - Lancaster in Lancaster, Pennsylvania

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Rep with heavy call volume experience to join our team!

*Competitive salary and benefits offered! Hybrid / Remote potential after orientation process! *

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm

The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for the following:

  • Offering excellent customer service to all customers via phone and email
  • Entering orders into the system
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Following up with customers regarding delivery status 
  • Recommending products to customers
  • Responding to customer complaints and concerns via phone and email
  • Documenting caller notes into the computer system
  • Processing customer requests

The Customer Service Rep MUST have the following experience:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience in a call center OR high volume phone position
  • Experience wearing a headset and using 2+ computer screens
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40+ words per minute
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
