Orville's Appliances Delivery Receptionist in Lancaster, New York

Lancaster. Delivery Receptionist. Orville's Appliances. PT. $16.00-16.50 per hour.

The Delivery Receptionist is primarily responsible for adhering to the Closing Checklist in order to ensure all tasks are completed accordingly. They are also tasked with attending to customer pickups and inquiries regarding delivery of specific appliance.

Job Description: Management of orders including shipping and applying payments when applicable. Ensuring all orders are accounted for and closed-out by end-of-day. Receiving of payments during customer pick-up times. Utilization of Package Al in order to adjust customer contact information and COD's for following delivery day. Providing customers with routine and timely updates on the status of their delivery order and ETA's. Answering customer inquiries through automated messaging system as well as inbound calls. Review paperwork sub mitted by Delivery Driver for accuracy and submit to Delivery Manager once finalized. Checking and reporting all back-orders of applicable products. Scanning of CPU logs and Damage Waivers for reporting purposes. Receiving of Warehouse Inventory, when applicable. Submittal of damage allowance claims for management review. Any and all other duties as assigned by manager.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. No prior experience required.

Position Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to provide excellent customer service. Ability to work on multiple projects at once. Excellent time management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and demonstrated attention to detail. High levels of professionalism and teamwork.

Physical Requirements: Sitting and typing for prolonged periods of time.

Schedule: Monday & Tuesday 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm Saturday 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
