We have customers in the US, Europe, South America and Asia and maintain a light manufacturing facility in Armstrong County, PA. We are expanding our production capacity and are hiring in all departments!

Job Description
As an entry level manufacturing associate, you will be trained on how to set up, maintain and operate the high tech machinery which is used to manufacture glass reinforcements. It will be your responsibility to ensure the continuous and efficient running of production machinery.

You will need to have a willingness to continuously learn and improve. Being a team player is essential as many tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers.
The goal will be to ensure that production procedures are carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency and meet quality and production standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle

``` - Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)

``` - Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines

``` - Inspect finished product with precision and measuring tools

``` - Test operation of machines periodically

``` - Fix issues that might occur during the shift
```{=html}
``` - Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws

``` - Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
```{=html}
``` - Maintain activity logs

``` - Perform quality control inspections
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools
