DESCRIPTION OF WORK One of the primary responsibilities of this position is to provide outstanding customer service to inquiring parties by greeting visitors and answering incoming phone calls.  You will also transfer calls and direct clients and visitors to the appropriate staff and office locations.  Strong attention to detail is crucial, as you will be completing data entry while ensuring grammatical accuracy.  We are looking for someone who possesses knowledge and experience operating and maintaining a computer, fax machine, and other office equipment.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
