Williams Inc Liquor Associate in Ketchikan, Alaska
Alaskan and Proud Markets is a locally owned and operated Grocery Store headquartered in Ketchikan, Alaska. We are looking for an energetic and innovative person to join our Ketchikan Liqour team. There is a great opportunity for advancement within the Alaskan and Proud Operations. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Must have valid drivers license and ability to purchase alcohol
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and dependable
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of liquor operations
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to stand/walk for a full 8-hr work period
- Basic full body motions: bending, twisting, squatting, lifting, reaching
- Flexibility with work schedule (including weekends and holidays)
- Ability to arrive to work on time ready to start work
*Duties and Responsibilities: *
- Stocking and Rotating Products based on Best Use Dates
- Receiving Freight and Organizing Warehouse Space
- Cleaning, Maintaining work and merchandising areas
- Merchandising products as directed
- Assist with ordering and identifying products needed weekly
- Operating Register and Point of Sales
- Ability to fill Growler
- Misc. job tasks as assigned by store director or supervisor
- Follow and comply with company policies and procedures
- Follow and complies with Health and Safety policies
- Contributing to a Positive Work Atmosphere
