グリルレストランは地元のブランド牛や豚、鶏などの食材を豊富に取り揃え、旬な魚介の素材を活かした料理を提供するファインダイニングでございます。

そちらでのオペレーションの統括およびカスタマーサービスの向上を担っていただきます。

1. 当日の予約状況や、営業前にオペレーションを確認し、円滑にオペレーションが行われるよう必要に応じて業務指示を行う。

2. スキル向上のためトレーニング実施　

3. 営業目標を達成させるため、コスト管理とアップセルを促進する。

4. ゲストからの全てのクレームに適切な対応を行い、必要に応じてチームメンバーのサポートを行う。

5. チームメンバーのパフォーマンスを評価・面談の実施

6. 日々の勤怠管理業務 など

募集条件

ホテル又はレストランにおいて、マネジメント経験をお持ちの方

・あらゆる場面で冷静な判断を持って効率的に業務を遂行することが出来る能力

・優れたリーダーシップスキルと卓越したコミュニケーションスキル
