Job Description:

The first 3 weeks will focus on training, obtaining ServeSafe Food Handler and TIPs certifications, and getting oriented into our company culture/operating guidelines. Upon restaurant opening, responsibilities include but are not limited to Assist in prepping high skilled, high quality foods for guests based on established standards Keep work area clean and organized Ensure food production is consistent with the established menu and recipes Control quality, consistency, taste and food cost Be up to date on all guest services, promotions and events in the Hotel Communicate all relevant information to management regarding: Ordering, Food preparation, Staff, equipment, safety and sanitation, guest feedback. is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of food items for the line, portions and prepares cold or hot items You are the key member making a mark on our guest experience by making them feel welcomed, comfortable and attended to
