Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Technician to join our team. As a Machine Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of machinery and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.  Factory certified training will be provided to the right individual. Responsibilities * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machines, specifically wood-cutting equipment such as CNC Routers, Edgebanders and Machining Centers. * Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals * Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems or areas for improvement * Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of machinery * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training preferred * Proven experience as a Machine Technician or similar role in an industrial setting * Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems * Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals * Experience with CNC machinery (wood or metal) and associated components is highly desirable * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent communication and customer service skills Benefits * 401(k) with 3% company matching * Employee discounts * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience level * 5 years Experience * Machine repair and maintenance: 5 years (Required) * Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
