Volt Management Corp. Sr. Financial Analyst - Remote / 426084 / Jackson in Jackson, Mississippi

This Position is for a Sr. Financial Analyst with a remote work location in Jackson, MS.

As an Sr. Financial Analyst you will:

Lead the development and compilation of periodic forecasts, documents key assumptions & dynamics and checks for consistency, including the input of these figures into global financial reporting tools

Facilitates business reviews and month end closing processes, including reclasses and accruals to ensure accurate expense reporting

Drive partnership with cross-functional teams to support Capex, depreciation & amortization, and project schedules and reporting

Supports headcount planning and tracking

Effectively communicate financial results, concepts and issues with senior management and proactively highlights risks and opportunities

Partner with Corporate FP&A & Reporting teams to review forecasts / results to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and planning

Conducts ad-hoc analysis and builds financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support management decisions

Partner with IT, R&D and Regulatory organizations to provide strategic and financial support to drive effective, efficient, and informed decisions to help drive business targets

Drive all aspects of financial planning and analysis for these departments, including supporting major projects

Provides meaningful reporting and high-level analysis on performance against budget/forecasts

Organize and coordinate multiple tasks, to establish priorities and re-establish priorities as circumstances evolve and meeting simultaneous deadlines

This is a full-time opportunity Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM open to overtime Remote.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, related field, or equivalent

Excellent Excel skills. Prior experience with SAP, NetSuite, Oracle EPM, preferred

Four or more years work experience in a related position or field in a high growth and fast-paced work environment

Nimble and detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy

Able to build rapport and effective relationships with business partners while serving as a challenger in the development of sound financial/business plans

Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to identify potential and/or existing financial issues, evaluate available options and recommend corrective action
