Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Care Aides. As a Home Health Care Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their daily activities and providing essential support to help them maintain independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Help with mobility and transfers, as needed.
  • Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse or care coordinator.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in home care, caregiving, or a related field is a plus.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
