  • Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.

    • Responsible for overall operation of the RV Park during designated shift.

    • Identifies all guests scheduled to depart (current day) and follows check-out procedure using LMS (Lodging Management System); maintains office copies of Occupancy sheet and Registration Cards.

  • Identifies all Reservations to arrive (current day); assigns guest a specific space, based on type (motor home, travel trailer, 5th wheel, etc.) and length of RV.

  • Registers all incoming guests (reservations and walk-ins) according to established procedures. Collects fees (cash, Credit card, check, comp) and processes through LMS.

  • Responsible for maintaining and balancing a cash drawer; adheres to all financial controls.

    • Answers all inquiries regarding the property, including entertainment, restaurants, specials, etc. Provides general information to guests regarding services available locally.

    • Provides telephone support to the PBX Operation, which includes making reservations, transferring calls, and answering general inquiries about the property.

  • Provides daily data on RV Park report as to previous day data, number of guests, number of comps, number of guest cards, and dollar amount of aviation fuel sold. Lists after hours arrivals, including guests name and assigned space number.

    • Provides fueling service and collects fees for fuel sales.

    • Performs general maintenance, as necessary (e.g., simple TV cable repair, unplugging sewers, laundry, and general cleaning).

  • Patrols and monitors all nintey-one (91) RV spaces to assure RVs have registered, paid, and are in assigned space.

    • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
