Providence St. Joseph Health Rehabilitation Aide - Physical Therapy in Issaquah, Washington
Description Assist patients with prescribed occupational/physical therapies. In collaboration with others, carry out an individualized, comprehensive, and patient centered Plan of Care in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations as may be directed by the Physical or Occupational Therapist, Rehabilitative Services Manager, and/or Director of Patient Care Services. About the Team Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
