Fluor Digital Design Manager – Presentation Design in Irving, Texas

Job Description:

Location: Remote or hybrid at one of Fluor’s offices

The Digital Presentation Design Manager creates visually impactful PowerPoint presentations, infographics, iconography and illustrations that effectively communicate Fluor’s brand to stakeholders. This role takes the same skills as those traditionally used in Adobe Creative products and translates them into the Microsoft suite of applications, including vector graphic creation and compositing, animation, and interactive/responsive media. The role is also responsible for producing complex documents, templates and the associated desktop publishing. This position is part of the Corporate Affairs team and reports to the Senior Brand Design Manager.

•Collaborate with the Senior Brand Design Manager to understand design requirements and specific goals.

•Design and execute fully functional custom PowerPoint presentations and templates.

•Apply and update custom templates to presentations with consistency and technical formatting.

•Create company branded and custom charts, graphs, tables, icons and other infographics.

•Produce superior visual designs, images, graphics/illustrations, and high-end realistic photo edits/renders.

•Perform photo re-touching and photo manipulation.

•Perform Logo creation, re-creation, or vectorization.

•Design or recreate highly detailed and complex maps

•Design print collateral (invitations, signage, and banners)

•Redesign and update existing materials to improve their visual appeal, clarity, and effectiveness.

•Format Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, as well as other similar presentation design or document formatting requests

•Integrate typography and design elements into images/photography for modern, impactful, cohesive communication and storytelling.

•Understand the essence of our company/brand, to further elevate content images, photography, digital design projects and marketing collateral.

•Create presentations that are on trend and resonate with our target internal and external audiences.

•Maintain consistent branding across all graphic design initiatives.

•Effectively manage time, ensure projects are completed, meet defined specifications, maintain quality control standards, and meet deadlines.

•Collaborate with teams and contribute creative ideas providing recommendations for execution.

•Ensure documents, forms and templates are accessible, which may involve fixing colors, adding alternate text, proper file and link names and checking that all elements (including headings, tables, lists, captions, etc.) are structured properly.
