Highlights

Community Physician Network in Indianapolis, part of Community Health Network, has an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside our Cardiology team located at Community Heart and Vascular South. This Advanced Practice Provider will work within a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on delivering the best quality care to our patients.

• Must possess the ability to independently evaluate 8-12 patients a day and handle stressful situations

• Blend of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities

• Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, and planning skills

• No weekends or call commitments required

Licensure & Certification

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
