Title: Corporate Communications Manager Location: United States; Remote; Eastern Time zone (or hybrid if near a local office) Experience: Mid-Senior Level Job Function: Marketing Employment Type: Full time Industry: Computer Network & Security About the position Keyfactor is looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to create engaging and educational marketing content that resonates with Keyfactor's audience across external channels - including LinkedIn Twitter/X, blog, videos, newsletters, etc. You'll split your time between setting and executing Keyfactor's social media strategy with supporting corporate communications and PR initiatives that elevate Keyfactor's brand and bench of thought leaders. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, skilled writer, collaborator. The position is based in the US. Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status. Responsibilities: Social Media Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's social media strategy and social editorial calendar Write platform-optimized posts and create/source compelling visuals for all Keyfactor-owned social channels [LinkedIn, X, Facebook]. Own executive thought leadership program by ghostwriting social posts highlighting campaigns, events, company milestones, etc. Monitor performance across social platforms and create quarterly social analytics reports. Own Keyfactor's social media advocacy program in Oktopost - create new content each week for employees to share. Monitor engagement and adjust the program to maximize participation. Up-level YouTube presence - optimizing video titles and descriptions, adding webinar recordings, promoting videos in social posts, etc. Corporate Communications/PR Responsibilities Research, develop, and implement external communication strategies to build brand awareness and increase visibility. Develop content and direct creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message. Build partnerships with internal stakeholders and C-level leaders to develop and facilitate strategic communications to meet business goals. Collaborate with in-house and external graphic designers/video editors to produce creative elements of social/content campaigns. Contribute ideas for new programs, research, and recommend innovative and creative approaches. Own the internal press release approval process and publishing process. Manage the awards program in collaboration with Keyfactor's PR agency. Manage the blog editorial calendar for Keyfactor thought leaders - review and edit drafts, publish posts. Work closely with global PR agencies and regional SMEs to grow momentum of PR programs in US, DACH, and France. Skills and Qualifications At least 6-8 years working in social media, preferably for a b2b tech company Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and work independently Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to write clearly and quickly, while adhering to Keyfactor's voice and tone Ability to work confidently with cross-functional stakeholders, including C-level leaders Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Oktopost) and managing employee advocacy programs Possess a sense of urgency; is self-motivated and detail-minded Experience with social media analytics and reporting Experience with photo and video editing software a plus Compensation Salary will be commensurate with experience.
