REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 07/08/2024-08/08/2024. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 6 hours per day, Sat, 6 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 80 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen, criminal background check.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Corn Detasseling and Rouging - The worker will walk down the rows between the plants in the corn fields, remove tassels and rogue plants, and worker must be able to walk multiple miles per day. Job is outdoors and continues in all types of weather. Must be able to work long hours in direct sunlight, where weather conditions may be hot and humid, rain is possible and worker will be exposed to pollen the entire day while performing he job duties. The majority of the workday is spent on ones feet and outdoors. Hours and days of work may vary due to weather conditions. Must be able to lift 80lbs. to shoulder height repetitively throughout the workday and able to lift and carry 80lbs. in field. Workers may be required to submit to random drug tests at the discretion of the employer. Use of personal cell phone or other personal electronic device during working hours strictly prohibited except for work-related calls or emergencies and violation may result in immediate termination. All physical requirements will take place in an outdoor environment exposed to the elements for extended periods of time.
