  • This position requires a highly motivated individual with knowledge of digital signal processing and experience working with complex Radio Frequency systems across many different platforms.
  • Generate software development roadmaps/strategies and cost estimates for?Radio Frequency?intensive systems.
  • Capable of performing test and evaluation engineering of?Radio Frequency?systems
  • Oversee and define requirements for software development activities associated with?Radio Frequency?signal collection and analysis.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and standards for use in Software Defined Radio systems.
  • Perform countermeasures and vulnerability analysis for?Radio Frequency systems.
  • Experience integrating and troubleshooting complex hardware/software intensive systems.
  • Experience modeling and using modeling tools (using CAMEO)
  • Support implementation and development of?digital signal processing of Ultra-Wide Bandwidth software defined radio (SDR) systems utilizing open standards such as VITA 49.2 and SOSA anddefine guidance for future development andstandardization.
  • Experience developing technical reports and presentations; must have the ability to work independently and effectively in a multi-disciplinary teamenvironment.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership.
