Applied Materials Senior Director Module Process Engineer VII - (M7) in Hsinchu, Taiwan
Responsibilities:
Manage Service pull through of > 200mil per year and equipment pull through > 100mil per year and Value Engineering or > 50mil per year
Upsell managed service using FV360 as benchmarking and discovery platform
Manage team of > 4 managers and > 16 engineers to deliver managed service KPI
Pitch FV services like Crossmatch, C2CM, Fleet optimizer, Process Optimizer, COO, PM2, Qual 1 , ECO365 analytics
Target > 90% service renewal and tools warranty conversion for workstation with FV projects
Drive AMT FV team to publish technical bulletin and patent file for technical breakthrough work
Assist FV Asia cross region support to Singapore / Japan / China fabs where AMT skill-set can be impactful
Collaborate with BD/ Sales to position FV as differentiation service to anchor renewal or upsell new contract
Collaborate with BU/SBU in WFE/CIF activities to secure new application market share or defect existing position
Provide yield enhancement / productivity improvement platform to resolve customer HVP as part of FV managed services
