Overview: The Coordinator, Uncrated Goods role is to facilitate manufacturer return authorizations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: The Coordinator, Uncrated Goods responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitating manufacturer return authorizations

  • Assisting in the movement and tracking of clearance product to the appropriate destination

  • Maintaining a clean, clear, and organized uncrated area at all times

  • Works closely with other departments and locations to ensure proper product movement and tracking

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience

  • Must have good organization skills and be detail-oriented

  • Previous inventory control, shipping and receiving experience is preferred

  • Must be able to frequently position self to maintain/move product throughout the facility and be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time

  • Ability to occasionally move/position product weighing up to 150 lbs. without assistance and up to 250 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly or other equipment

  • Computer and clerical experience

  • Must be able to constantly work in an open/outdoor warehouse environment

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred

  • High school diploma or GED is required

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years of previous experience in a warehouse environment

Skills & Abilities:

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Able to multi-task and shift priorities, as required

  • Communicative

  • Professional in appearance and manner

  • Can lift 75 lbs. unassisted, and up to 250 lbs. with assistance

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment and outdoor conditions

  • May require prolonged periods of standing, walking, and lifting
