Business Development :
Lead or support evaluation and development of 3rd party co-operations in selected areas ensuring Business Units (BU) strategy alignment.
Translation of strategic choices into specific opportunities. Lead assessment, development and execution of projects in defined and new opportunity spaces entering in adjacent area’s
Actively identify and recommend potential business opportunities. Lead development on Commercialization and negotiation of business opportunities
Strategic planning and strategy implementation :
Provide leadership and develop strategic direction and roadmap on opportunity spaces.
Define and evaluate new opportunity spaces in alignment with Strategic Filters.
Build business cases to support decision making process & recommendations.
Guide commercial team in developing and implementing strategy in selected focus areas/segments.
Provide oversight and leadership to appropriate cross functional / cross BU growth strategies in identified opportunity spaces
Industry and Customer focus:
Co-operate with Market Intelligence to analyse competitive landscape
Enable creation of industry network by connecting with external parties to leverage industry trends, new developments and co-operation opportunities. Management of relationships
Identify and translate customer and market needs into specific opportunities in collaboration with commercial, market intelligence and technology teams
Bachelor's or higher Degree
10 or more years of experience in a role with a focus on commercial, business development and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
Experience in leading significant Business Development Projects.
Ability to understand, read and use financial drivers to judge a business case
Project Management experience
Fluency in English
Commercialization of new products
Experience in Change Management
Experience in People Management
Business to Business exposure
Strategic thought leadership to generate ideas and solutions that create value

Strong negotiation skills
