Job Summary Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant/Nursing Assistant to join our team on Kauai. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, requiring 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be working with seniors in their homes and providing necessary healthcare services. Compensation & Benefits The successful candidate will be compensated hourly, between $18 and $20 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, employees may be eligible for medical/dental insurance, 401K opportunities, life insurance coverage, and other benefits.   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities -Provide personal care and hygiene assistance, which may include helping with bathing and dressing. -Observe and report changes in residents’ health status and report health concerns to medical staff. -Work with medical staff and other caregivers to ensure that the residents receive the highest-quality care -Maintain a clean and safe work environment. -Attend and participate in in-services and staff meetings.
