Summary

CHS Inc is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Holyoke, CO to join our eastern Colorado operations team! Daily you will be on-site during office hours to support the General Manager and department heads by running daily reports, meeting preparation, and other administrative duties. Additionally, this position will perform general office tasks such as assisting customers, answer incoming calls, and any other projects as needed. Apply today to join our impactful footprint!

Responsibilities

  • Perform the most routine administrative duties as directed or needed.

  • Manage small projects and prioritize work to meet all required timelines.

  • Ensure an organized office, paperwork is completed in a timely manner and supplies are ordered as needed.

  • Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and helpful manner.

  • Greet and direct visitors, respond to routine questions and provide general information. Display professionalism to create a positive first impression.

  • Direct incoming calls or messages to proper location.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • Knowledge of Administrative Assistance and Support

  • Must meet minimum age requirement

  • High School diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office suite

  • Proficient with telephone systems, fax machines, postage machines and copiers

  • Ability to write basic reports, business correspondence, and procedure materials

  • Ability to communicate information clearly and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
