5 Full Time Seasonal H-2A Jobs available 05/04/2024 - 09/05/2024.

Perform general farm labor including the following tasks: prune blueberry plant canes to ensure maximum bud growth; manually harvest and sort organic blueberries; ensure packaged products are labeled and placed neatly within designated climate-controlled facilities; and ensure personal sanitation standards are met. Assist with quality control oversight on key farm operations, including: (i) seed handling and cutting; (ii) irrigation system maintenance; (iii) uniformity monitoring; (iv) bruise-free handling during harvest; and (v) storage management and maintenance of equipment. GAP trains all workers in Good Handling Practices Good Agricultural Practices (GHP/GAP) to ensure the organic integrity of its premium organic blueberries.

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures
