Responsibilities will include: * Development, modification, and delivery of software solutions (primarily in the ServiceNow platform, but may vary by project) * Configuration and maintenance of the automated deployment infrastructure * Project planning and requirements gathering * Architectural design and implementation * Quality assurance * Ongoing maintenance, support and improvements The DevOps Engineer 3 understands the software development life cycle and understands the various tools used in CI/CD pipelines. The DevOps Engineer 3 works with other IT staff, supporting both in-house and COTS systems and works closely with agency stakeholders and external contractors in the development of software solutions.
