Birchwood Farms & Country Club is hiring for Cooks at our three-way house concession stand for our busy summer 2024 season.
Great opportunity for experienced retired cooks or school staff cooks looking to work for the summer!
The Three Way House is a one-stop shop for food & beverage, located in close proximity to the racquet sports courts, golf courses & outdoor pool.
Hours of operation are 9am-5pm and is weather dependent.
Salary: $18-$20 plus guaranteed outstanding gratuity
Job Types: Seasonal Full-time and Part-time shifts available

Summary
Preparation, set-up, and production of all menu items for consumption in accordance with club recipes and standards while maintaining a neat, clean, and safe work area at all times by performing the following duties.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
- Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
