Looking for a great opportunity? Superior Paving LLC is currently seeking dedicated and hardworking general laborers to join their team. As a laborer you'll play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks related to asphalt paving and maintenance. This position offers an opportunity to work outside, be part of a dynamic team and includes a SIGN ON BONUS

  • Assist with the preparation of work sites for asphalt paving projects, including clearing debris, marking boundaries, and setting up traffic control devices.
  • Operate hand and power tools such as shovels, rakes, tampers, and compactors to assist in the paving process.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment onto trucks and trailers, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Assist paving crew with laying asphalt, spreading, and smoothing it evenly to achieve desired thickness and finish.
  • Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including proper disposal of waste and debris.

Some construction experience preferred but willing to take on the right person.
