The ideal candidate will be system and process focused while possessing exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with our customers and across all functional areas within the organization.   • Implement a robust sales system with strong processes, standard work, data analytics and KPIs.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience

10 years of relevant business background including sales, marketing, or product management.

5 years minimum experience in Sales Management or Regional Sales Management.

A strong understanding of the market, products, service offerings and customer base or the ability to quickly learn.
