The Role at a glance:

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for our Constellation segment at Grounds for Sculpture. As the Restaurant Manager you will have the opportunity to manage a vibrant and esteemed fine dining establishment. This is a great role for an individual who loves the restaurant industry and is looking to further their career by taking on the responsibility the daily coordination of all food and beverage service and operations within a restaurant, bar, and lounge. If you are looking for an opportunity to spread your wings and grow with an exciting fine dining organization, this role is for you!

Compensation: $70,000

What you'll be doing:

  • Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams

  • Experience at fine dining restaurants and catering establishments.

  • Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.

  • Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.

  • Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • 3 + years management experience in restaurant/hotel operation.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively, independently, and efficiently with time constraints.

  • Detail oriented and perform work accurately and timely.

  • Proficient computer skills necessary including Microsoft Office.

  • Able to work a flexible schedule in order to accommodate business levels (weekend and holiday availability required).

Nice-to-haves:

  • Financial management cost controls, food and labor cost management experience.

  • Advanced wine and spirits knowledge.

  • Prior event experience.
