Homewood Suites Maintenance/Handyman in Hadley, Massachusetts

Maintenance/Handyman Must be available to work flexible hours both AM & PM as well as weekends & holidays. Should have basic/entry level working knowledge and hands on experience of the following: Plumbing, Electrical, Sheetrock, and HVAC Painting, wall vinyl and repair Guest rooms repairs as needed Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations Basic pool maintenance Respond in a courteous manner to all guest questions, complaints, and/or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction Retaining the preventative maintenance log, communicating to other hotel departments and performing many other related and reasonable tasks The upkeep of landscaping needs (mowing, mulching, weeding, shoveling snow, snow plowing) Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Maintain pool, chemical levels, cleaning, and changing filters Wear proper uniform Drivers license necessary Work days are Tuesday thru Saturday
