"Role as a Indirect SCM Buyer. Review quote & proposal from supplier and Negotiate as needed to ensure best prices and services. Place purchase orders with suppliers and performs proper follow up and confirmation. Review open order reports on a frequent basis, stocking levels, to ensure timeliness of deliveries with proper follow up. Assemble and distribute request for quotations and proposals as needed to procure items.
Seeking an experienced Buyer in Procurement of Facility material & Services
The Major focus in Office supply, cafeteria management, Employee transport, Event & Hotel management, Employee welfare
IT software/Hardware, Subscription, AMC, Lease, New assets, infra,Internet lease line
Develop, deploy, and manage all related contracts. Colaborate with other buyers, Category Managers & stake holders for sourcing and rationalization. Focus on Supplier consolidation & supplier pay term improvement as well as optimize the delivery terms."

9) Negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
10) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals.
11) Evaluate and improve supplier performance continuously.
12) Monitor market trends for potential cost reduction opportunities.
13) Manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate records.
14) Contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives and procurement strategy development.
15) Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
16) Provide regular updates and reports on procurement activities and achievements."
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
7+ years of indirect SCM experience in Facility, IT software & Hardware, MRO, Professional services.
50% Facility (Infra, Utility, Plumbing, Electrical) buyer,
(Opex, MRO)
