R Responsibilities

• Supervise and train to Traffic assistants who are part of yourstaff.

• Supervision of activities related to compliance, development, and implementation of established procedures for each of them. Updating those already established.

• Support responses to requirements from different government agencies related to the activity.

• Supervise the maintenance of physical and electronic import archives.

• Supervise the proper functioning of the Aranxel and Business Customs Declaration systems by contacting support personnel when necessary, as well as proposing improvements to both systems.

• Conduct internal audits of import records to determine the company's situation and develop necessary corrective action plans to rectify any irregularities found.

• Supervise compliance with the IMMEX program requirements, support with reporting to INEGI.

• Ongoing training regarding changes established by Laws, regulations, and rules related to Foreign Trade and ensuring the implementation and communication of any relevant changes.

R Requirements

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in ground, sea, and air imports.
